The assignments on Teleradiologyhub.com come from different sources. There are two types of engagements available for a fellow radiologist on Teleradiologyhub.com depending on type of contract.

Type 1: Project Engagement

For project basis engagement, clients seldom choose their radiologists from public data available on the portal like pixel cases, recommendations, experiences etc. They set the offer price and explore prices and TAT. Sometimes they want to know ratings of particular Radiologist. When offered, they pick up 3 radiologists. Please note that clients mostly prefer senior Radiologists with particular Board affiliation. Sometimes, we also post similar job posting on their behalf on our internal dashboard to seek interests from fellow TH Radiologists, but we have increasingly stopped this method due reasons of clientele ambiguity in online world, hideous cost of legal contract and follow up of the situation especially we get overloaded with a lot of questions that remain unanswered due to paucity of project information and staff at disposal. Hence, TH team works with few  projects and senior radiologists who have already experienced our platform.

Pricing: Here the fees per Radiologists is well informed before the start of project. Which could be highly discounted. This is long term engagement for a radiologist.

Type 2: Case Engagement

The cases are pooled from different sources irrespective of legal contract. Teleradiologyhub.com bears the payment risks and pays Radiologists per case basis even if default takes pace. The membership replaces the contract in online world with Teleradiologyhub.com. Members require to do document verification and trial cases. High automation solves many productivities problems including payments.

In routine medico-legal, the responsibility stands with the reporting radiologist all the time as he or she signs the report, however Teleradiologyhub.com facilitates the workflow between the client and Radiologists- smoothens the communications. If client or radiologists have any specific legal considerations, they must let us know in writing.

Both must apprise themselves with periodic development on our HELP section. The payment under this method, is done instantly but virtually into the radiologist escrow account. Monthly bank transfers take place smoothly detailing every case payment by email. (Also available on the dashboard)

Under this type of schedule, Teleradiologyhub.com engine allots cases to Radiologists on certain criteria. The algorithm picks up the Radiologists for reporting CT or MRI OR XRAY Depending on their earlier Trial rating Or performance on Xray "Telelive platform" (Learn more about "Telelive platform" in help section). "Telelive" Algorithm keeps Senior Panel informed on Radiologists reporting score and stakeholders (client or GP) feedback on cases.

Also Senior Panel gets not only to see Trial Cases reporting quality of a perticular radiologist but also his/her constant improvement on Telelive performance. Panel guides and helps radiologists in improving quality reporting at times.

When radiologists are asked to do a few CT or MRI, the client feedback is algorithm cally monitored 24*7. The pool of cases comes from different parts of the world hence arrivals are notified on whatsup or on platform.

Pricing:   Here the fees per case is dynamic that varies with the factors like:  Client Nature, Budget, Client Location, Case upload Timings (day or night) , TAT, Body parts (small or large) and other factors. For example, case reporting fees for an X-ray  on Telelive can vary from Rs 30 to Rs 75 Or 1$ to 8$. Once the case is reported by a radiologist and approved by Panel, his or her dashboard would reflect the fees for that perticular case. If the fees is less than his or her expectation, radiologist can take informed decision and can request our (Coordination panel) to exclude that client from his/her dashboard next time.

(Similarity, Indian subcontinent CT or MRI or USG reporting fees  per case vary widely, radiologists come to see prices on case arrival on their dashboard)

We have no control on the pricing owing to "Quotation Model". The fact is that more automation and less involvement bring transparency - helps client AND radiologist. We must tell you that this platform is designed for the Radiologists by the Radiologists hence we are as transperent as possible. We have invested heavily into development and sustainability of this platform  hence  Radiologists are charged anything between 18% to 22% per case. (Depending on number of Cases reported. TDS excluded)

Added reward are always possible. Like depending on how many cases Radiologists do per month, they will be honoured with entry into second opinion panel where the remuneration per second opinion case is quite decent.
