What is Structured reporting Resolved

S

The structured reporting is communicating information in radiology reports to the referring physicians in language that is direct, clear and concise.

As per recent survey, 20 percent of responding clinicians found the language and style used in radiology reports was unclear. Thus it may reach different conclusions when reading the same reports by different Specialities.

To end this we are developing structured reporting of imaging findings by standardizing format, terminology and content. A uniform way to communicate radiologic findings, clinical impressions and management recommendations.
