Step 1_Open SO Account
Create a Second Opinion (SO) Account with Teleradiologyhub. You can use this account for multiple SO cases. CLICK here (Always remember your account 'username' and 'password'). 

Step 2_Upload Case Data
Fill relevant fields. You must submit reasons for second opinion | Upload Zip folders (Dicom Images of CT/MRI/Mammo/USG) and old reports (PDF). Alternatively you can send files via www.WeTransfer.com  or Gdrive.

Step 3_Select Expert(s)
Select a subject expert yourself or allow Resident-Radiologist-Panel to help you. The panel has privileged access not only to 400+ radiologists profiles across 18 countries but also to their ratings, availability and subject knowledge. After careful study of Diacom images, the panel will seek a consent from you so that the case goes to selected expert and monitored subsequently.

Step 4_SO Fees
Ask link for payment |  Pay corresponding  fees as per selection L1/L2/L3/L4.

Panel Process 
The Resident-Radiologist-Panel (RRP) downloads, arranges and references your case in the light of your reason for second opinion. The panel undertakes preliminary study and finds right Expert. The panel pushes for essential  'Enhanced & Comparative' study hence your primary reports are important. Depending on the complexity of the case, an expert provides a signed report within 8-20 hours those are additional reviewed by Panel before uploading on portal.At this stage, if you are not happy with the opinion, you can ask for bigger bench review. This would require bench fees.3-D Model of the subject can be provided seperately. This requires to enrage the experts therefore expect additional fees. Resident-Radiologist-Panel can recall Experts opinion in the wake of new insight or obvious omissions or new findings or hidden data or reverse analysis or anything else. It helps you or improves outcomes. 

Expert selection
All listed 300+ radiologists are capable of providing 'second opinion' on radiology studies. We ensure their proficiency with trial 'high level cases'. We also document their categorical reporting quality on ongoing projects and also gauge their experience in a typical areas related to your study or publications. Apart from quality recommendations, every work of radiologists is reviewed. Please note that Resident-Radiologist-Panel (RRP) deal with documentations and selection of an expert. We may call you to understand your requirements like budget constraints or surgery issues. Some cases are uniquely complicated, that requires multiple investigations. Hence panel discusses the case and may like to engage multiple Experts.  The panel is for you, please help them to help you!!

* Fees for individual MRI or CT study can vary from Euro 50 to Euro 399. The fees depend on experience of Radiologist(s), their affiliate Board, their availability and the case nature. Fees also  varies with quality images , timings and need of multiple experts.

All opinions are written and signed documents. Your cooperation is requested..

1. Please avoid negotiations. All second opinion cases are monitored by panel in real time even if it is late in night. They finish several tasks like case referencing, due-diligence, follow-up, data storage & transfer support, requisitions, language support, communication, pursuing Experts, etc. Overall case management is quite a serious task that consumes a good resources - at times more than given budget. 
2. Please provide primary report always. In the absence of primary reports, it will not be a second opinion study, it will be again a primary study but under changed times and under the lack of fresh clinical impressions. Hence it unnecessarily requires Panel discretion in studying an old imaging protocol undertaken at the request of (unknown) Consultant opinion. In such cases, contradictions cant be ruled out.
3. Please ask clear and right questions. For more than TWO questions, report can be sent to a consultation group (PCG). It is short of asking for another review.
4. Please allow more time.  Ordinary channel of second opinion takes good hours to conduct research on case, more hours for more complex studies.  If you are ready to pay more for faster research and invite more seniors to study your case and/or make it more attractive for expert to engage, you may try express channel. In this case, experts might hold off his other activities and prioritise your case..
5. Please provide right Data.  If panel finds data insufficient, the second opinion study can not go ahead as planned until the data is made available. It can happen at any stage.
6.Consent & Medical Proof. To get the second opinion, we have to share your data with the concerned experts, therefore, you should be prepared for an automatic consent. Please let us know if you have any concerns before you paid the fees. The objective of second opinion is to seek alternative view from different experts in a way to  triage the findings- based on  primary opinion. There could be deviations in opinion- nothing right or wrong in served opinions. The clinical examinations are utmost necessary hence second opinions are not suitable as medical proof and can not be produced  in the court of law.  More Second-Opinion/Terms-Conditions.
