As you know, TeleradiologyHub helps you to impact the ecosystem. The platform not only houses specialists in Radiology but also in Radiation Oncology, Neurology and other domains. Why? Because it helps clients. The clients want multiple consultations only to triangulate opinion and to take informed decisions.

For radiologists, the consultations are focused around case  discussion, analysis and interpretation. The same client could be seeking second opinion. (Our Staff can follow up on getting image data)
For other specialists, it could be related to the treatment plan or prognosis.

The fees quotes for 'tele consultations' are quite subjective. One can quote the fees based on sub-speciality experience, knowledge, availability, and most importantly how fraternity perceives you as a consultant. There are several reasons client may get attracted to your profile: it could be earlier feedback on TeleradiologyHub, pixel data and fraternity recommendations. Often clients likes to see your budget, therefore we suggest quotes in a considerable bracket, anything below 2000 INR (25 SUD) per live consultative session could be ok unless you think it otherwise.

Snippet is a storage and auto facility provided in the TeleradiologyHub Reporting Format. This helps the reporting radiologists.

Radiologist can store their own template.

For example : Lets say there is  Xray of  Covid patient to be reported.  The  radiologist through Snippet, can recall earlier stored report for Covid. As this is similar Chest Xray , they can simply copy and paste content of Saved Covid Snippet into the new report.

  1. No Headings: Do not write Headings like Findings / Impression / Disclaimer. The templates are already customized as per need of the client requirement. All these headings are by default included in the Report Template. You will get idea when you the actual report.
  2. Bold Text : Use bold text only for main positive findings in Observations / Findings field.
  3. Modify Clinical Profile / History: Keep only appropriate text and remove unwanted / irrelevant text entered by the Technician. Whatever you enter, it is reflected in the Report.
  4. Local Draft : Preferably draft the report in Microsoft word on your Laptop / Desktop with auto save option. This will help you to retain data in case internet gets interrupted at your end due to any reason. It will also help you to check Spelling and Typo errors.
  5. Patient Details : Always check whether the Name of Patient matches with the name on Dicom images. Sometime Tech can upload wrong Dicom images.
  6. PDF Date : Please ignore DATE in PDF received on your Email. You can view actual report available to print to the Client by clicking on VIEW (dropdown between Earning and Feedback) in your TH Profile.

The rare and exceptional cases reported by you during your Radiology practice is like a powerful image portfolio.

A collection of good cases exemplifies your skills, education, qualifications, training and experience. It presents an insight into your work. Overall, you can say it represents you. Artists, interior designers, graphic designers, writers, teachers, architects, and others in visual professions have been documenting their work in portfolios for years. Today, any professional including Doctors must start building a portfolio.

Every Radiologist must have a great Cases portfolio due to the growing demand for Tele-reporting and Second Opinion. Radiology field is vast, includes many sub-specialities like Neuroradiology, Cardiac imaging, Muscuoskeletal etc. Often potential clients base their decision if they should hire you for Tele-reporting.

The importance of a great Case portfolio

  • Demonstrate your skills –

Your potential clients need proof that you have enough experience what it takes to report complicated case for them.

  • Building trust –

Your potential client will develop a sense of trust once he/she sees your high quality work

  • Personal branding –
In today’s environment, the competition in the medical field is fiercely competitive. It is not enough to create a website, place some directory listings and hope that people will magically find your practice. If you want to establish trust with patients before they ever come in, building a personal brand is a great way.

What do you put in a Cases portfolio?

Any MRI / CT / USG / Xray cases that demonstrates your accomplishments and abilities should go into your portfolio. Think you don’t have anything to put in a portfolio? Think again. What rare, classical or complicated have you reported on recently or over the years? Select some of such cases, and add it to your portfolio.

Personal brand is similar to a corporate brand, Just as a company’s brand helps to communicate its value to customers and stand out from the competition, a personal branding plays a major role in generating opportunities, beating competition and getting rid of petty hurdles. Creating a brand in a profession remains a far fetched goal for a health professional, especially a Radiologist. However your name has a value-perception of your skills. Alike a league or a corporate brand, you stand out in the gathering.

One of the most important aspects of personal branding is making sure your online presence is engaging to the visitors, colleagues, and others—even if you’re not on the job hunt. In today's digital World, it is very important for every Radiologist to build own personal brand.

Strictly, only those photos taken during Medical Event or Conference are allowed. Ensure you were delivering a lecture or presenting a paper or from your award ceremony. This way we will be able to celebrate your success and grand ideas.

Go ahead and upload your recently taken pictures that speaks your professional inside !
