Findings
Right jugular foramen shows T1 isointense mass of size 17 x 19.5 mms which is mildly hyperintense on T2 and T2 FLAIR.
The mass is slightly heterogenous on all sequences with "salt and pepper " appearance .
IJV is compressed medially by the mass.

Contrast study shows intense heterogenous enhancement with contrast. Arterial feeders from ascending pharyngeal artery (external carotid artery branch) are seen. Right sigmoid sinus is normal.
CT shows enlarged right jugular fossa with permeative destruction of the lateral wall and mastoid air cells.

A soft tissue density slightly hyperdense mass is seen in the jugular foramen extending minimally into the EAC.
The facial nerve in the mastoid segment is abutting the mass.
Diagnosis
