Findings
Osteoarthritic changes of knee joint seen in the form of reduced joint spaces, more so in medial tibiofemoral joint space, marginal osteophytes & Few subchondral cysts in the tibial plateau.

Large supra patellar bursal collection noted measuring approximately 210 cc in volume appearing hypointense on T1 & hyperintense on T2 & IR with few frond like projections within which appear hyperintense on T1 & suppression on T2 FS & IR sequences. The collection is extending into knee joint space & popliteal region.

Anterior cruciate ligament is mildly bulky with increased signal on T2 & IR & isointense on T1. No evidence of discontinuity seen.

Posterior horns of Medial & lateral menisci show linear altered signal intensity extending up to capsular surface appearing hyperintense on T2, IR & isointense on T1.

Patellar tendon shows focal altered signal in its lower one third without discontinuity.
Diagnosis
Large supra patellar bursal collection with few T1 hyperintense frond like projections within as described - Lipoma arborescens.
Grade II signal changes in Anterior cruciate ligament, Posterior horns of Medial & lateral menisci & Patellar tendon (Degenerative).
Osteoarthritis of knee joint.
