Findings
There is a large 6.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm sized solid cystic lesion in the suprasellar region. The lesion is predominantly cystic with an anterior solid component. Corresponding CT scan reveals peripheral calcifications. The solid component reveals heterogenous postcontrast enhancement. Mass-effect is identified on the pituitary, optic chiasma and the third ventricle. There is moderate hydrocephalus.
Diagnosis
Craniopharyngioma.
