Findings
Multiple diverticuli identified in the sigmoid colon. There is presence of moderate pericolonic inflammation around the sigmoid colon with small collection and moderate amount of air within. The air is identified tracking anteriorly and superiorly.
No ascites.
Liver, spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys and pancreas appear grossly unremarkable.

Sigmoid diverticulosis with acute sigmoid diverticulitis along with pericolonic perforation.
