Findings
• Acromioclavicular joint arthropathy with subtle subchondral marrow oedema and eburnation along articular margins. This is causing reduced subacromial space with mild impingement of rotator cuff.
• Tendinosis / degeneration of rotator cuff with small partial thickness articular surface tear of conjoint tendon at the insertion, involving approx. 20-30% thickness of tendon, measuring 5mm in transverse and 5mm in anteroposterior dimensions. No obvious retraction of torn fragments seen.
• Subscapularis tendinosis with a small partial tear involving mid and inferior 3rd fibers.
