Findings
An 11 mm sized cystic lesion is seen in the distal arm anteriorly adjacent to the vascular structures. A tiny speck of hyperdensity is seen within the cystic lesion. Moderate overlying soft tissue and subcutaneous inflammation is seen.

Rest of the soft tissues appear unremarkable.
Bones appear unremarkable.
Diagnosis
Cystic lesion with a speck of hyperdensity within and surrounding inflammation concerning for a cysticercosis.
