Brain hemorrhage on MRI

Findings
A well defined T1-isointense and T2 hyperintense non enhancing lesion measuring approx 30*25*30 mm seen in left basal ganglia shows blooming on gre and peripheral restriction on Dwi.
Mild perilesional edema noted.
There is midline shift of 6 mm towards right side possibly of parenchymal hemorrhage.
There is diffuse effacement of cortical sulci and sylvian fissures possible of cerebral edema.
Diagnosis
Left parenchymal hemorrhage
