Another radio-opacity seen in lower outer quadrant of right breast possibly of mass lesion
Sonography : Large ill marginated mixed echogenic lesion involving lower inner quadrant of right breast with architectural distortion suggest of malignant mass lesion.
Nipple retraction with skin puckering noted in right breast.
Multiple ill marginated other mass lesion seen in Lower outer breast possibly of metastatic deposit.
Enlarged lymphnode seen in right axilla with loss of fatty hilum possible of metastatic lymphnode
