Findings
Diffuse near symmetric white matter signal changes involving bilateral cerebral white matter-temporal, frontal and parieto-occipital lobes appearing hyperintense on T2/FLAIR. Cystic lesions in anterior temporal lobe measuring ~2.0cm each. No restricted diffusion or haemorrhage or mass effect.
