Findings
There is well-defined oval-shaped hypo-enhancing lesion measuring 5 x 5 x 4mm in left lateral aspect of anterior Pituitary gland on early phase on dynamic post contrast study. It appears isointense on both T1 and T2 weighted images. It shows mild heterogeneous enhancement on delayed scan although does not show isointensity with the rest of the Pituitary. No evidence of internal cystic change, calcification or hemorrhage. No obvious extension into cavernous sinuses. Rest of the portion of Pituitary gland appears normal in size, shape, morphology and enhancement. Posterior pituitary T1W bright spot is identified and appears normal. Pituitary stalk is central in position and appears normal.
Diagnosis
