Cavernous sinus hemangioma

Findings
Well circumscribed T2w hyperintense lesion noted encasing cavernosal and clinoid part of left internal carotid artery extending to left meckels cave possibly abutting the trigeminal nerve. Post contrast there is intense enhacement noted. No significant narrowing of internal carotid artery noted
Diagnosis
Cavernous sinus hemangioma ( in view of T2w hyperintensity and no sigificant compression of artery)
