Findings
- There is large U-shape peripheraly calcified intraluminal filling defect (12 x 2.5 cm, Length x thickness with air bubbles
and multiple beadlike opacities within it seen in the mid ileum in right iliac fossa (beads seen on bone window settings)
causing mild dilatation of proximal small bowel loops (predominatly ileal loops). Collapsed distal and terminal ileal loops
distal to the site of obstruction. Collapsed large bowel loops.
