Findings
Figure 1: A-C. Densely calcified lesion seen in the right CP angle, extending into the right jugular fossa, right hypoglossal canal and right IAC (entire length), with widening them.
Lesion extends caudally across the right jugular fossa and right carotid sheath till upper C3 level.
Lesion in the neck also shows calcification. Sclerosis with hyperostosis and bone expansion seen in the adjacent part of right petrous bone, right IAC, right mastoid, right lateral part of occipital bone (including right occipital condyle and squamous part) and clivus. D-H. MRI- Densely calcified lesion (T2 hypo, T1 iso) seen in the right CP angle, extending into the right jugular fossa, right hypoglossal canal and right IAC , with widening them.
The lesion shows SWI blooming (D). G. Fat atrophy of the right hemi-tongue.
