Figure 1. Initial MRI: A-C. Show FALIR hyperintense lesion in the right internal capsule, right thalamus and left middle cerebellar peduncle; D-F. shows pathcy enhancement within the lesions.
Figure 2 A-E. Ill-defined FLAIR/T2 hyper intensities involving left middle cerebellar peduncle, left hemi pons, left side of the cerebellum, and in the posterior limb of the left internal capsule.
F. No restricted diffusion G. CE images- homogenously enhancing small nodular lesion in the left middle cerebellar peduncle extending extra-axially into the left CP angle, along the 7th and 8th nerve complex with enhancement along the cerebellar folia and 7th-8th nerve complex on left side.
There is disappearance of the initially seen right internal capsule and thalamic lesions.

Primary CNS lymphoma.
