Findings
A 4.7 x 3.7 x 2.5 cm (CC x T x AP) sized CSF signal intensity extra-axial cyst noted in left anterior temporal convexity, indenting the left anterior temporal lobe. No diffusion restriction / haemorrhage / debris within the cyst. This finding is consistent with an Arachnoid cyst.

A 6 mm thick subdural hygroma noted in left cerebral convexity with midline shift of 5 mm to the right.

No altered MR signal intensity in brain parenchyma.

No areas of diffusion restriction. No gross or petechial parenchymal haemorrhage.
Diagnosis
SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF LEFT MIDDLE CRANIAL FOSSA ARACHNOID CYST WITH SUBDURAL HYGROMA
