Aneurysmal bone cyst of carpal bone

Findings
Lobulated mild expansile lytic lesion is seen replacing and mildly widening the Trapezium bone with thin outer cortex of the bone, partially reduced first carpometacarpal joint space and intercarpal joint space with trapezoid.
No pathological fractures evident. Few hypointense septations and fluid debris level is seen within the lesion. No extraosseous soft tissue evident.
Thin joint effusion in right first carpometacarpal joint.
Differential Diagnosis given: Giant cell tumour.
