Findings
This is a babygram showing two air filled bubbles.
The larger proximal one in the left hemiabdomen representing the dilated stomach and the smaller on the right side of the midline representing proximal duodenum .
No evidence of distal gas was seen .

Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis of the above findings ie " double bubble sign " include duodenal atresia, web and annular pancreas.
