Findings
Note is made of a well defined complex thick walled cystic lesion measuring approximately 6.2 x 3.8 cm arising from the left lower abdominal region and extending towards the midline . It shows cystic as well as solid component. Multiple linear internal echoes are seen within the cystic component . The solid component is relatively well defined and measures 4.5x 2.4cm . Multiple hyperechogenicities casting posterior acoustic shadow are seen within it , largest measuring 0.8 cm , likely representing calcific foci. mildly increased vascularity is also seen.

The mentioned lesion is also seen to cast mass mass effect on the urinary bladder which appears to be pushed downwards and is minimally distended at present . The left kidney is also seen to be pushed laterally. the adjacent bowel loops also appear displaced.
The uterus appears unremarkable . Right ovary is seen . Left ovary is not identified
Diagnosis
Diagnosis : Findings are suggestive of a complex cystic lesion causing mass effect on adjacent organs and with features as described , likely adnexal in origin.
Most likely possibility of ovarian dermoid cyst to be considered , left .
Advised: Clinical correlation / MRI pelvis.
