Findings
There is well-circumscribed thin-walled cystic lesion measuring ~3.0 x 2.7 x 2.2 cm in right ovary. It appears hyperintense on T1W and hypointense on T2W images with T2W shading sign. In addition, multiple tiny T2W dark spots are seen within dependant portion of cyst. These findings are suggestive of endometriotic cyst.

The right ovary is expanded by the aforementioned cyst and shows peripherally displaced follicles.
Diagnosis
Solitary ovarian endometriotic cyst.
