External auditory canal Osteoma

Findings
Oval-shaped smoothly marginated pedunculated bony outgrowth, measuring ~3 x 3 mm arising from anterior wall of left External auditory canal at bony-cartilaginous junction, with thin stalk. It protrudes into the EAC and mildly narrows canal.
Small irregular soft tissue densities are present within adjacent EAC compatible with ear wax.
Right EAC is normal.
Diagnosis
External auditory canal Osteoma.
