Spleninculus mimicking Pancreatic Tail mass

Findings
o Well circumscribed rounded area measuring 2.8 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm noted involving tail of pancreas.

o Feeding splenic vessels are seen traversing the center of this area.

o This is showing similar enhancement as splenic parenchyma in arterial & delayed phases.

o Another similar subcentimeter area noted at hilum of spleen.

o Pancreatic duct is normal. No intraductal or parenchymal calculi noted.
Diagnosis
Splenunculus.
