Findings
There is gross dilatation of the stomach and first part of the duodenum.

At the second part of the duodenum, there is an ill defined mildly enhancing mass. The margins of the mass are irregular and poorly delineated with close apposition to the head of pancreas where focal infiltration can not ruled out.

Mild perilesional mesenteric fat stranding is noted.

Also observed are few subcentimetric perigastric and paripancreatic lymph nodes.
Diagnosis
Findings are highly suspicious for duodenal mass with resultant gastric outlet obstruction.

Alternative consideration of chronic duodenitis and stenosis maybe considered. An upper G.I endoscopy is advised.
