Oculomotor Schwannoma

Findings
Well defined irregular relatively homogeneously intense enhancing lesion of size 11x6.7x6 mm (APxTRxCC) which appears; hypointense on T1W & T2W is seen along the course of cavernous segment of left oculomotor nerve, lateral to cavernous sinus and internal carotid artery and posterior to orbital apex. The lesion is closely abutting the internal carotid artery medially. No internal blooming. No restricted diffusion.

Cisternal segment of oculomotor nerve appears normal.

Thinning of medial rectus muscle on left side comparing to right side.
Diagnosis
Probable left oculomotor nerve schwannoma.
