Findings
Arterial phase images reveal focal gastric wall thickening involving the gastric cardia and fundus with presence of sub-mucosal serpentine blush of vessels. No active extravasation of contrast seen.

DSA preformed reveals prominent sub-mucosal vessels with evident contrast extravasation seen into the gastric lumen.

Dieulafoy lesion of stomach.
