Encysted left pleural effusion

Findings
-Large amount of left sided encysted pleural effusion is seen filling the pleural space of left lateral upper, middle & lower chest wall, sparing a small area between the upper & middle parts, has faintly enhanced margin, with no evidence of pleural mass or calcification.

Partial subsegmental consolidation collapse of left lower lung lobe showing air bronchogram within.

-Small subsegmental consolidative patch is seen at the medial segment of the left middle lobe. With related fine atlactatic bands.

-Prominent pre & para-tracheal mediastinal lymph nodes.
Diagnosis
-Encysted left pleural effusion.
-Subsegmental consolidation collapse of the left lower lung lobe.
