Findings
• Bilateral multifocal, peripheral and central, ground glass opacities with basal preference and visible intralobular lines (“crazy paving” pattern) especially in left lung field.
• Associated with vascular thickening and subpleural fibrotic nodules and thick bands.
• Reversed halo sign.
• Multiple enlarged mediastinal reactive LNS.
