Findings
Grade III horizontal cleavage tear of body and posterior horn of the Medial meniscus.

A large contiguous multilocular cystic lesion measuring approximately 4.0 x 3.8 x 0.9cm is seen in close relation with the torn Medial meniscus and extending down posterior to the tibial plateau with small extracapsular extension. It also has small intraosseous extension into underlying bone. This represents giant parameniscal cyst.
Diagnosis
• Large horizontal cleavage tear of posterior horn of Medial meniscus with giant Parameniscal cyst
