Findings
•Bilateral multiple regions of air-space opacification, more at the upper & middle lobes of the right lung, highly impressive of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia.

•Noted "juxtaphrenic peak sign" (tented appearance of the diaphragm) on both sides, denoting bilateral lobar collapse.
Diagnosis
-Picture highly impressive of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, for further assessment by Broncho-alveolar Lavage.

-Bilateral lobar collapse as described.
