Fissure fracture & counter coup injury

Findings
-Fissure fracture of the left fronto-temporal bones with overlying subglial hematoma and soft tissue swelling.
-Right counter coup injury is detected in form of rim of fresh blood is seen within the subdural space of the right fronto-temporo-parieto-ccipital region (subdural hematoma) with overlying subglial hematoma with soft tissue swelling.
-Mid line shift to the left side by 4.7 mm with mild compression of the right lateral ventricle.
Diagnosis
-Left fronto-temporal fissure fracture.

-Counter coup injury in form of right subdural hematoma with midline shift as described.
