Post Covid Thrombosis of the Abdominal Aorta with bilateral renal infarcts.

Findings
CT Angiography revealed:
Complete thrombosis of the abdominal aorta from the level of both renal arteries extending upto the level of bilateral common ilicas, external and internal iliacs. Re-opacification seen from the level of the common femoral artery on the right and superficial femoral artery on the left side.

Wedge shaped non enhancing areas seen in both kidneys consistent with renal infarcts. Both main renal arteries are seen to opacity with contrast.

No free fluid in abdomen, no dilated bowel loops/wall thickening seen.

The coeliac trunk and superior mesenteric arteries are normal.

Post Covid 19 thrombosis of the abdominal aorta with bilateral renal infarcts.
