Osteolytic and permeative destruction involving the mid and distal diaphysis of right femur with patchy confluent of T1 / T2 prolongation of altered marrow signal intensity with evidence of cortical irregularity, thinning and thickening of the cortex with mild surrounding T2 / STIR hyperintense collection in the lateral and posterior aspect of the distal diaphysis of the femur
