Vestibular schwannoma

Findings
There is left sided, lentiform/oval shape intracanalicular mass along the course of the vestibule-cochlear nerve,measuring 11.5x7 mm , appearing homogeneously isointense on T1 w and T2 w sequences with vivid homogeneous post contrast enhancement.There is CSF cap separating the intracanalicular mass from the cochlea.No evidence of extracanalicular extension or CPA component.
