Findings
There is homogeneous expansion of tectal plate which appears hyperintense to grey matter on T2W sequence and slightly hypointense on T1W sequence with no enhancement after contrast adminstration.
Subsequently there is narrowing the aqueduct of Sylvius and resultant obstructive hydrocephalus.
