Findings
Soft tissue oedema at right periorbital area with fat stranding/inflammation in the extraconal and intraconal space of the right orbit more along the medial orbital margin, possibly reaching up to orbital apex. Mild oedema in the right medial rectus muscle

Mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary, ethmoid, frontal and sphenoid sinuses. T2 hypointense signal at part of mucosal thickening in right ethmoid and frontal sinus.

Small area of diffusion restriction with mild thickening along the cisternal course of the right trigeminal nerve and subtle T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity and diffusion restriction at adjacent right anterolateral surface of pons
Diagnosis
Findings suggestive of fungal infection/orbital, paranasal/rhinocerebral mucormycosis with intracranial extension likely through perineural spread via right trigeminal nerve
