Findings
Common hepatic duct (CHD), bilateral hepatic ducts and IHBR are dilated. Filling defects/luminal
contents noted in CHD, hepatic ducts and proximal right anterior and right posterior ducts and proximal part of left segmental ducts which appear hypointense on T2w images of MRI and subtle hyperdense to isodense on CT suggestive of calculi and sludge. Possible mild wall thickening with enhancement in walls of common hepatic ducts .

On Post contrast CT images walls of dilated hepatic ducts and common hepatic ducts demonstrate indistinct/blurred interface with adjacent liver.
--Common bile duct measures upto 6 mm with no filling defect and distal part
--Post cholecystectomy status
Diagnosis
Hepatolithiasis with possibility of concurrent cholangitis or proximal common bile duct small stricture
