Findings
Long segment nonenhancement of bowel wall and pneumatosis intestinalis is noted in proximal and mid ileal loops in left lumbar and umbilical region.
ON angiography complete blockage of one of the ileal branch of SMA supplying corresponding ileal loops. Partially occluding SMA thrombosis also noted. common origin of SMA and celiac trunk also noted.
