Findings
Corpus callosum is not seen except in the genu. Lateral ventricles show box car shape. Third ventricle communicates with interhemispheric fissure superiorly. Medial cortical gyri spread out in a radial fashion from third ventricle.
There is bilateral parieto-occipital cortical thickening with surface nodularity.
Nodular structures are seen to line the body and occipital horns of both lateral ventricles with signal intensity following that of cortex on all sequences.
