Findings
There is seen a well defined minimally enhancing hyperdense area (HU + 60 to +70) in the postero-basal segment of left lower lobe with adjacent air space opacifications and ground glass opacities suggestive of hemorrhage.

A hyperdense enhancing smooth walled sac is seen adjacent to the above mentioned area which is communicating with a pulmonary artery branch suggestive of pseudoaneurysm.

There are seen four thick walled cavitatory areas in the bilateral upper lobes with adjacent air space opacifications and ground glass opacities, largest approximately measuring
3.8 x 3.5 cms in the right upper lobe.

There are multiple subcentimetric pre, para tracheal, aorto pulmonary window, pre vascular and subcarinal group of lymph nodes.
