Squamous cell carcinoma of Scalp

Findings
Large partially exophytic mass is seen involving the scalp and underlying bones in the posterior parital and occipital region.

It is heterogenously hyperintense on T2/FLAIR and shows diffuse enhancement with areas of non enhancement due to necrotic changes. its surface is markedly irregular with invasion and ulceration of the skin.it is extending into the underlying cerebral parenchyma involving the right parieto-occipital lobes.
Diagnosis
Malignant mass involving scalp and skull and extending into the underlying cerebral parenchyma.
