Native kidney Renal cell Carcinoma, Post renal transplant

Findings
Both the native kidneys are small, shrunken in size with significant cortical atrophy. There is an exophytic mass lesion in the upper/mid pole of right kidney with heterogenous contrast enhancement. It measures 1cm in maximum dimension. No radiodense calculus seen.
The transplant kidney is noted in right iliac fossa. It is normal in size and shows normal parenchymal enhancement. No hydronephrosis seen.
