Lymph nodal mass secondary to testicular malignancy

Findings
Large retroperitoneal lymph node mass with central hypodensity in aortocaval region
at level of renal hilum, causing compression of adjacent IVC. Measuring 9 cm in craniocaudal extent.

Mildly enlarged right testis with focal, ill defined, heterogenously enhancing lesion with thickened
right spermatic cord.

Few well defined pulmonary nodules in visualized sections of both lower lobes.
MRI brain was normal
Diagnosis
Heterogeneously enhancing ill defined lesion in enlarged right testis suggestive of Testicular malignant tumor with Lymph Nodal and pulmonary metastasis.
