Findings
MRI Pituitary protocol:The posterior pituitary bright spot is not seen. The pituitary stalk appears thickened and nodular, it appears isointense on TIWI and hypointense on T2WI. Post contrast images showed intense enhancement of the stalk. The anterior pituitary appears normal.

Ultrasound of abdomen was revealed intermittently dilated central and peripheral intrahepatic biliary radicles(IHBR) in both lobes of liver, associated with mild wall thickening. Subsequent MRCP (magnetic resonance cholangio-pancreaticogram) confirmed the findings favoring changes of sclerosing cholangitis. The common bile duct and pancreatic duct were normal.

HRCT chest showed multiple scattered poorly defined nodular opacities in both lung fields and a patch of consolidation in left lower lobe. A small cyst was also seen in left upper lobe.
Diagnosis
