Findings
MRI Brain plain and contrast was normal. No Focal lesion detected. No abnormal leptomeningeal or parenchymal enhancement seen.

CT abdomen and pelvis plain and contrast showed left adnexal large mass lesion extending into the upper abdomen on left side with internal septae, foci of calcification, and fat component. Left ovary is not separately visualied. Appearance is suggestive of Ovarian dermoid.
