Carcinoma bladder

Findings
A well defined enhancing spiculated mass lesion is seen arising from the posterolateral wall of the urinary bladder, encroaching upon the left ureteral orifice, causing upstream moderate hydroureteronephrosis; extension of the lesion caudally into the urethra is also seen.

The bladder wall is intact with NO extension of the lesion into the perivesical space.

A small right lateral bladder wall diverticulum noted.
