Serous cystadenoma of pancreas

Findings
T2 hyperintense/ T1 hypointense well defined multicystic lesion is seen in the head of pancreas causing upstream dilatation of the pancreatic duct; there is no demonstrable communication of the lesion with the pancreatic duct. A central T2 hypointense fibrous scar is noted.
