Findings
Axial and coronal reformatted CT images of the abdomen in the venous phase show a well defined variable attenuation cyst, with curvilinear wall calcification, in segments V and VI of liver; multiple low density daughter cysts are noted within the large cyst.
There is no evidence of vascular invasion or rupture. Minimal lateral indentation of the inferior vena cava by the cyst is seen.
